What is the essential Qualification? Candidates who desire to apply for REC jobs must have Graduation, B.E./B.Tech., CA/CMA, Master’s Degree, MBA or Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma from well recognized Board/ University/ Institute as per post wise eligibility criteria.

What is the Application fee? :

• General/ OBC Category need to submit application fee of Rs. 1000/-.
• SC/ST/PWD/Ex-S/ and internal candidates category are exempted from submission of application fees.

What is the age requirement?

• Age of the candidates for REC Recruitment must not exceed 48 Years (for DGM), 45 Years (for Chief Manager), 42 Years (for Manager), 39 Years (for Deputy Manager), 35 Years (for Assistant Manager), 33 Years (for Officer), 52 Years (for General Manager), 40 Years (for Assistant Officer).
• Age relaxation will be given to reserved category aspirants as per the rules of the organization.

What is the Salary Structure? Recruited applicants will get the monthly salary of Rs. 1,00,000 - 2,60,000/- (for DGM), Rs. 90,000 - 2,40,000/- (for Chief Manager), Rs. 80,000 - 2,20,000/- (for Manager), Rs. 70,000 - 2,00,000/- (for Deputy Manager), Rs. 60,000 - 1,80,000/- (for Assistant Manager), Rs. 50,000 - 1,60,000/- (for Officer), Rs. 1,20,000 - 2,80,000/- (for General Manager), Rs. 30,000 - 1,20,000/- (for Assistant Officer) Per month.
