West Bengal Public Service Commission has issued an employment notification for various job openings for the posts of General Duty Medical Officer. What is the essential Qualification? Candidates who desire to apply for WBPSC jobs must have Medical Qualification included in the First and Second schedules or Part-II of the Third schedule to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (102 of 1956) and registration as medical practitioner in West Bengal from well recognized Board/ University/ Institute as per post wise eligibility criteria.

- General/ OBC Category need to submit application fee of Rs. 310/-.
- SC/ST/PWD category are exempted from submission of application fees.
- Contenders who are all set to apply for WBPSC recruitment should lie between 36 to 40 years.
- Age relaxation will be given to reserved category aspirants as per the rules of the organization.

- The organization will arrange Screening Test, Examination, Personal Interview and candidate will selected completely on the basis of his / her performance in the above tests which will be conducted by management panel of the organization..
