What is the essential Qualification? Candidates who desire to apply for OPTCL jobs must have Diploma / Degree in Engineering / in Law, PG Degree/Diploma, Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) / the Institute of Cost Accountants of India ICMAI) from well recognized Board/ University/ Institute as per post wise eligibility criteria.
