What is the essential Qualification? Candidates who desire to apply for HPCL jobs must have Graduation in any discipline, B.E./ B.Tech., Post Graduate Degree, MBBS, MBA or PGDM from well recognized Board/ University/ Institute as per post wise eligibility criteria.

• SC/ST/PWD category are exempted from submission of application fees.

What is the age requirement?

What is the Salary Structure? Recruited applicants will get the monthly salary of Rs. 50,000 - 1,60,000/- (Post 1-5,13-19,21), Rs. 60,000 - 1,80,000/- (Post 6,7,10,12), Rs. 60,000 - 1,80,000) / 70,000 - 2,00000/- (Post 8,9,11), Rs. 1,20,000 - 2,80,000/-(Post 20), 7.80 Lakhs per annum (Post 22) Per month.
