What is the essential Qualification? Candidates who desire to apply for MECL jobs must have 10th with ITI/ Diploma or Degree in Engineering/ Graduation Degree/CA/ ICWA/ LLB/ PG Degree/ Diploma in Relevant field from well recognized Board/ University/ Institute as per post wise eligibility criteria.
