What is the essential Qualification? Candidates who desire to apply for IDPL jobs must have 10th, 5 years experience in pharma industry, Graduate/B.Pharma/B.Tech(Chemicals) / B.Sc / Membership with Institute of Company Secretaries of India, Law Graduate, Graduate/MBA/PG in Personnel Management/ B.Com./M.Com/Commerce from well recognized Board/ University/ Institute as per post wise eligibility criteria.

What is the age requirement?

• Age of the candidates for IDPL Recruitment must not exceed 62 Years (Post 1), 45 Years (Post 2,5-9), 55 Years (Post 3), 40 Years (Post 4,13,14), 35 Years (Post 10-12).
• Age relaxation will be given to reserved category aspirants as per the rules of the organization.

Recruited applicants will get the monthly salary of Rs. 60,000 - 70,000/- (Post 1), Rs. 30,000 - 35,000/- (Post 2,7,9), Rs. 20,000 - 22,000/- (Post 3), Rs. 22,000 - 25,000/- or 15,000 - 22,000/- (Post 4,8,11), Rs. 30,000 - 35,000/- or 22,000 - 25,000/- (Post 5), Rs. 22,000 - 25,000/- (Post 6), Rs. 15,000 - 22,000/- (Post 10,12), Rs. 15,000 - 20,000/- (Post 13) Per month.
