Candidates who desire to apply for PSCL jobs must have Master Degree in Business Administration/PGDM, Graduation in Engineering/any Discipline, B.E/B.Tech in Civil/ Member of ICAI, MCA in CS/IT, PG Diploma in Journalism / Mass communication from well recognized University/ Institute as per post wise eligibility criteria.

- Unreserved/BC/EBC Category need to submit application fee of Rs. 500/-.
- SC/ ST category need to submit application fee of Rs. 250/-.
- Age of the candidates for PSCL Recruitment must not exceed 58 Years (Post 1), 55 Years (Post 2), 50 Years (Post 3-5), 45 Years (Post 6), 40 Years (Post 7-10).
- Age relaxation will be given to reserved category aspirants as per the rules of the organization.
