What is the essential Qualification? Candidates who desire to apply for AIIA jobs must have 
12th / Diploma (Materials Management) / Bachelor Degree (B.Sc. Nursing/B.Com/BBA/B. Pharma / Ayurveda) / Post Graduation Degree (M.Com /MBA/M.Sc/M. Pharma in Ayurveda.) / B.Tech/ BE (Electrical) / Ph. D from well recognized Board/ University/ Institute as per post wise eligibility criteria.

What is the Application fee? :

• Need to submit application fee of Rs. Group A post carrying pay band 3 with GP Rs.5400/- and above: Rs.1000/-(General & OBC) and Rs.500/- (SC/ST).
• Need to submit application fee of Rs. Group B & C post carrying less than GP Rs.5400/- : Rs.500/-(General & OBC) and Rs.250/- (SC/ST).

What is the age requirement?

• Age of the candidates for AIIA Recruitment must not exceed 55 Years (Post 1), 50 Years
•  (Post 2), 45 Years (Post 3), 56 Years (Post 4-14,17,18), 35 Years (Post 15), 30 Years
•  (Post 16,19,20).
• Age relaxation will be given to reserved category aspirants as per the rules of the organization.

What is the Salary Structure? Recruited applicants will get the monthly salary of Rs. 37400 - 67000/- plus Grade Pay of Rs. 8700/9000/10500/- (Post 1,2,4), Rs. 15600 - 39100/- plus Grade Pay of Rs. 5400/6600/7600/8000/- (Post 3,5-9,11), Rs. 15600 - 34800/- plus Grade Pay of Rs. 5400/- (Post 10), Rs. 9300 - 34800/- plus Grade Pay of Rs. 4600/- (Post 12-19), Rs. 5200 - 20200/- plus Grade Pay of Rs. 2800/- (Post 20) Per month.

How will the candidates be selected for AIIA vacancy?

The organization will arrange Screening Test, Personal Interview and candidate will selected completely on the basis of his / her performance in the above tests which will be conducted by management panel of the organization..
